RESEP CORN FLAKES COKLAT/COCO CRUNCH

Bahan

  • 500 gr Sereal Corn Flakes/Coco crunch
  • 400 gr Coklat batang (contoh: Dark cooking coklat)
  • Air 3 gelas (untuk tim coklat)
  • Gula mutiara (hiasan)
  • Cup kertas ukuran kecil

Alat:

  • Kuali/panci
  • Mangkok kaca tahan panas/teflon

Cara membuat:

  • Masukkan air ke dalam kuali/panci, didihkan
  • Potong coklat, letakkan dalam mangkok kaca tahan panas/teflon, kemudian letakkan mangkok berisi potongan coklat diatas air mendidih hingga coklat meleleh, hindari masukknya air kedalam mangkok
  • Angkat coklat yang telah dilelehkan
  • Masukkan corn flakes/coco crunch ke dalam coklat leleh
  • Aduk hingga corn flakes/coco crunch diselimuti coklat secara merata
  • Ambil dengan menggunakan sendok, tata di dalam cup kertas sesuai selera
  • Taburi gula mutiara diatas kue corn flakes/coco crunch
  • Simpan didalam kulkas hingga coklat mengeras
  • Tata di dalam toples, siap disajikan.
